The Melbourne Arancini Story
Growing up in our family, Arancini were traditionally made and enjoyed at Christmas time every year. Third generation family recipe from Sicily has been passed down. We decided to add our modern twist, following our passion for all things food.
Our passion is derived from selecting the finest ingredients, preparing, cooking and sharing our food with loved ones. Every Arancini made is handcrafted.
“ARANCINI (plural): Authentic Sicilian Street Food. Made with Arborio rice, filled with traditional flavours, crumbed & deep fried”.
The name, which is translated as “little orange”, derives from their shape and colour, which is reminiscent of an orange after cooking.
